QCS Supplier module allows SyteLine users to track the flow of incoming material through the Quality department, including inspection and disposition and tracking of non-confirming product. QCS Supplier provides a variety of tools to track and report: cost of Quality, vendor performance, MRR's, CARís. QCS is a tool to help companies comply with selected sections of the ISO 9001 Quality Systems Model, and to help a company efficiently execute their quality plan.
QCS In-Process module allows SyteLine users to track Quality activity associated with a SyteLine Job or Production Schedule. The Quality Department defines a Quality Plan to track the Job/PS from its initial release through its completion. The Quality Plan defines the related checkpoints needed to ensure that the process and product perform correctly. It is a companion to the Job Production Plan (aka the Job BOM/Routing)
Customer module allows SyteLine users to identify and track material requiring QC inspection and certification prior to shipping, including inspection, disposition and optional Certification.
